Summary: The parking lot had beer bottles that remained for four days even after I complained about them. There was broken glass in the lot right by the cars. The garbage dumpsters and cans were overflowing. The pool hasn’t been in working order for months. It is drained. When I checked into my room that I assumed had been cleaned, I found beer bottles and an old cup of coffee. I don’t consider that a clean room. I didn’t have house cleaning service the next day so I was forced to deal with it. Then when the room was finally cleaned the following day, no coffee cups or drink cups were replaced. I was very disappointed in my stay. I have stayed at Marriott many times. This did not live up to the usual quality of Marriott.

Summary: Good, not great. A lot of noise throughout night- train close by, kids racing noisy cars, police and firetrucks passed 2x with sirens blazing.

Summary: Good rooms, beds were ok, cool balcony on the 3rd floor. Breakfast was not free but provided by a knock off starbucks. Coffee was good

Summary: The staff was great! It would be nice to know before you show up that the pool has been shut down by the authorities and will not be usable with a full price hotel already paid for.

Summary: The staff were absolutely amazing. From the baristas to the front desk to the manager. Lawrence had just taken over there new management and he is cleaning the place up. He is so personable and professional friendly. The pool and hot tub were being renovated so we didn’t get to use those I am sure it will be gorgeous in the next few months
